It really was third time lucky for us this month with the previous two planned dives on The Marie not happening due to the Great British weather.
This wreck was found by our friends at In Deep a few years ago and we had been itching to dive it since finding out about it’s discovery.

The weather was dry, the seas were calm and the visibility good. This was the first time we had seen glass on a wreck as most wrecks have been pillaged over the years and anything that could be removed sadly has been. This is not the case with this wreck though and it was a real treat for us all. Loads of life on it and with the depth to the seabed at 42m it is just on the limits of recreational diving. All of our club members were either diving CCR’s or twinsets with stage cylinders so with a little bit of deco had a decent amount of time to explore this beauty.
