Our diving includes wrecks, fantastic underwater scenery and amazing marine life.
We train and operate to British Sub-Aqua Club (BSAC) standards so you can be assured that you will be safe in our hands.

PADI, SSI or another agency qualified? Great! Joining our club is a great way to develop your scuba diving and to simply get out there and enjoy some great diving!
If you have always wanted to learn to dive or are simply curious about scuba diving, then a Try Dive with Rhondda Sub Aqua Club is the perfect introduction!
In the safe confines of the pool, a BSAC Instructor will introduce you to the basic skills and equipment needed to experience the thrill of breathing underwater for the very first time. Try Dives cost £20. A typical Try Dive session lasts about 45 minutes. It involves poolside tuition on diving techniques and equipment, followed by a scuba dive in our pool with a BSAC-qualified instructor.Book a Try Dive
I started training with this club in November 2018. I had no experience of diving and didn't know any of the members. I now dive regularly with the club and have made many good friends. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly and give you countless hours of their time. The instructors are great and extremely patient. Highly recommend!
A great club with great instructors and helpful members...passed my ocean diver after doing a try-dive with the help of the club and become an active member since. I've dived Thailand and Cyprus since, along with numerous trips with the club.
My partner is a member of the club and he absolutely loves it. I’ve had the opportunity to go away with them on a trip. They’re such a nice bunch of people, very warm and welcoming even to non-divers like me!
Our whole family have been members of the club for the last five years after crossing over from another agency. We all continue to progress with our diving including our 16 year old daughter who joined as a PADI junior open water diver and is now a fully fledged sport diver. The club encourages all of it’s members to take an active role within the club and for the last three years both my husband and myself have held roles on the committee. A truly welcoming club and proud to be part of their ‘scuba family’.
A great club that is open and friendly. Great diving that caters to all levels and a great social side.
