We had a fabulous weekend in June diving in Plymouth with ‘In Deep’. The weather threw everything at us – sun, wind, rain, lightning and even hail – in June!!
It was the first time for some of our club members to dive in Plymouth so we had to dive the James Eagan Layne and the Scylla. You can’t dive in Plymouth and not dive them – it’s a right of passage on every divers journey.
We also dived the wreck of the Persier which is always guaranteed to be teeming with life. After a surface interval and some snacks we then dived the wreck of the Glen Strathallan.
We were lucky enough to dive on In Deep’s new boat ‘Size Matters’. It is enormous with stacks of room for both divers and our kit – look at all that space! A brilliant addition to their fleet of dive boats.
